UK delivery

Free standard UK delivery on orders over £75. Delivery charges for other orders are calculated at checkout. The available services and charges are shown before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch standard orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Weekend and bank holiday orders are processed on the next working day. Custom-cut orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days; check any service-specific production time before ordering.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. This is the courier delivery estimate, separate from order preparation, and is not a guaranteed arrival date. Tracking details are emailed when your order is dispatched.

Returns and cancellations

For standard goods bought online by UK consumers, tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. You do not need to give a reason.

Email info@roseacrylics.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide the return address and instructions. Please package the sheets securely to prevent damage in transit and retain proof of postage.

Condition and return postage

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Please avoid cutting, drilling or otherwise altering sheets before deciding to keep them. We may reduce the refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and function. Original packaging is helpful but does not remove your cancellation rights.

You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover reasonable return costs or arrange collection as appropriate.

Custom and personalised goods

Goods genuinely made to your specifications or personalised are excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right. Choosing a standard size offered in a product listing does not by itself make a sheet bespoke. Your rights where goods are faulty or not as described still apply.

Refunds

For a cancellation of the whole order, we refund the goods and the cost of our standard outbound delivery. Any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable under the cancellation right. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

Contact info@roseacrylics.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and, where practical, photos of the item and packaging. We will help arrange the appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
