Shipping Information

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50 within the UK.

Standard Shipping
Orders under £50 will incur a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 1-2 business days within the UK. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing
Orders are processed same day if ordered before 2pm (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns Policy

30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@roseacrylics.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@roseacrylics.co.uk with photos of the damage including packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
