Our mirror acrylic range now includes a new 400 × 300mm sheet size, giving you more choice for personalised gifts, lettering and smaller signage projects. Available in five colours and with an optional double-sided mounting tape option, it is a handy addition to the workshop for makers using desktop CO₂ lasers.
A new size for your next mirror acrylic project
The new 400 × 300mm sheets are 3mm thick and sit alongside our existing 600 × 300mm and 600 × 600mm options. Choose a compact sheet for a small collection of designs, or a larger format when you need more room for lettering and repeated pieces.
Whether you are testing a new design, making a personalised order or adding a reflective detail to a layered sign, you can now select the sheet size that suits the job.
Five mirror colours to choose from
The new size is available across our mirror acrylic collection:
- Silver mirror acrylic for a classic reflective finish.
- Gold mirror acrylic for warm metallic details and statement lettering.
- Rose gold mirror acrylic for soft metallic accents.
- Pink mirror acrylic for bright, playful designs.
- Dark grey mirror acrylic for a deeper reflective finish.

Available with double-sided mounting tape
You can order your mirror sheets with or without mounting tape. The tape option is useful when planning raised lettering, layered acrylic designs and decorative details that need to be attached to a backing.
On your chosen product page, select 400x300mm for the sheet option or 400x300mm – With Mounting Tape for the tape option. Mounting tape options are also available in the larger sheet sizes.
For xTool and Glowforge CO₂ laser makers
If you make with an xTool P2-series or Glowforge CO₂ laser, the new format offers a compact sheet to plan your mirror acrylic projects around. Always check your model’s material-loading space and usable cutting area before laying out a design: a sheet fitting inside the machine does not mean every part of it is within the cutting area.
You can check the official xTool P2 specifications and Glowforge technical specifications for your setup. Follow your machine’s material guidance, and confirm the suitability of any tape or backing before laser processing.
What will you make?
Try mirror lettering for a business sign, wedding table numbers, personalised name plaques, festive decorations or reflective accents on a layered display. The smaller format is especially handy when you want to work on a few pieces in a particular colour.
Once your project is finished, our acrylic cleaning and care guide will help you keep the surface looking its best.
